An Amendment Concerning Citizenship of Children of Illegal Immigrants
1: Be it amended to the Constitution by the Student Congress assembled:
2: Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment will hereby be repealed.
3: The definition of citizen will be changed to "one who is born of one
4: or two legal and naturalized citizens of the United States."
5: Any child born to two illegal citizens will not be granted citizenship
6: and both the parents and child will be deported back to their country
7: of origin.
8: All articles in conflict with the amendment will be declared null and
9: void.
10: The Amendment will be effective immediately after 2/3 passage by the
11: two houses of Congress and Ratification by 3/4 of the States.
