An Amendment Repealing the Second Amendment

1: Be it Resolved: By this student congress here assembled that the 28th Amendment to

2: the Constitution be added as follows:

3: Section 1: The second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States

4: is hereby repealed.

5: Section 2: Ownership of a firearm of any kind is hereby prohibited.

6: Section 3: No person may transport firearms across state or national borders.

7: Section 4: The congress shall have the power to enforce articles two and three

8: by appropriate legislation.
