A Bill to Legalize Prostitution in the United States of America
1: Article 1: Prostitution shall be legalized in every state by the
2: federal government. It will be done to protect men and women from
3: harmful environments.
4: Article II: Prostitution is the act of participating in sexual
5: activities for money. A brothel is defined as a house for prostitution
6: Article III: This bill shall take effect one year after it's passage.
7: Article IV: The Department of Health and Human Services will set up
8: mandatory age laws of 18 years old as well as regulate safety and
9: security of the prostitutes and their clientele.
10: Article V: All laws in conflict with this bill will hereby be declared
11: null and void.
